Pleased to share that Stellar James Management Pte Ltd has been awarded its Capital Market Services (CMS) license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Previously managing our founders Single-Family Office (SFO) & founder capital as a license exempt manager (since inception in 2020) - The family office has delivered more than 20% per annum, with no negative years, and is up more than 15% year to date.
This is more than double the return of global equities and was achieved with an average equity weight of 60% during the period since inception.
We are now open to external accredited & institutional investors, and have incorporated the Stellar James VCC (T24VC0085L, Variable Capital Company) umbrella with our first fund, The "Stellar One" Fund, ready to launch on 1 January 2025.
The Stellar One Fund will follow the strategy previously used by the family office - consolidating founder, family office, & external capital - with a goal of achieving best in class risk-adjusted returns.
